Shanghai
The "Pearl of the Orient" television
tower in Pudong (Pu - River, Dong -
East, thus literally, the area east of the
Huang Pu river) I live in Puxi (West of
the river) Pretty boring stuff but so is this
tower. You can go to the top where you
can view Shanghai through the rain, fog,
or pollution (depending on the day).
There is a revolving restaurant on the
mid-level (see the ball with the red stripe)
with a so-so Chinese/Western buffet.
